06. What happens if our session/wedding needs to be rescheduled or canceled?

RAW (unedited photos) will not be delivered to you for any reason. When you hire a photographer, you are hiring them for their editing style.

For weddings & elopements, there is an 8-12 week turnaround time for your full gallery. You can expect sneaks within 2-4 weeks.
For any other session, there is a 2-4 week turnaround time for your full gallery. 

Yes, having quality photos should be an opportunit y that everyone has. I offer customizable payment plans for every circumstance. All sessions require a non-refundable 50% deposit and Weddings & elopment require a non-refundable 25% deposit.

I offer a session guide that includes outfit inspiration, color palettes, and more!

I do provide location ideas in my session guide as well, however, I do send out a client questionaire to find your vibe & where we should shoot! I also love suggestions, if there is somewhere special to you or somewhere you've always wanted to shoot at, let's go! 

The non-refundable retainer is just that. Non-refundable. If your wedding is canceled, any monies paid after the retainer and before 30 days prior to the date, will be refunded. wedding Reschedules require a new retainer of 25%. 
The same applies to any regular sessions - the non-refundable deposit is non-refundable. If the session is paid in full, prior to cancellation, all monies outside of the retainer AND BEFORE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE will be returned. There is no charge for rescheduling regular sessions.
